Eligibility
Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at +91 70194 78105 or hello.tantura@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through pickup or return shipping. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, custom orders, and blouse pieces if stitched are not eligible for return.
